Plasma Transferred Arc welding has proven to be one of the most cost effective ways build up worn areas or for hard facing to protect wear areas and extend product life.  Carbide enhanced hard metal and carbide free blends available depending on application.

Crushed carbide, or Kutrite, is the industry standard for milling tools or hard rock wear applications.  Process is closely controlled through every step.  Preheat, during weld and post weld temperatures are closely monitered.
