Machine Shop

Our variety of lathes allows us to preform work on a wide variety of sizes and materials.  Carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium are a small example of materials we work with.  Outside diameters from 1.75"-14.75".

Each part receives a full post work quality inspection to ensure each part is within required tolerances per customer requirements.  A copy of the report is shipped with each part.

All machinists are trained and certified in proper and safe operation of lathes, in process quality inspection and post operation quality assurance.  

With our Landis OD grinder we are able to grind shafts up to 12" diameter 7' long between centers, or 17 1/2" OD on a bladed section.
