Integral Blade Steel Stabilizer

Integral Blade Stabilizers sets the standard in both directional and straight hole drilling applications. Milled directly from a steel forging, the one-piece stabilizer is available in string and near bit configurations.  Blade OD sizes from 4.75"-36"

Non Magnetic Stabilizers are primarily used in  directional drilling applications.  Non magnetic properties will not interfere with survey operations. Milled from a  stainless steel forging, the one-piece stabilizer is available in straight and spiral blade configurations.  Blade OD sizes from 5.5"-17.25"

Roller reamers help maintain wellbore gauge during drilling operations, eliminate doglegs while providing stabilization. With rolling cutters, roller reamers serve to reduce downhole torque during operation.  Available in 3-point or 6-point configurations with TCI button or Chert cutters.  Cutter OD sizes from 5.75" to 17.5"

String mills and reamers are the best choice for hole conditioning and clean out before running casing.  String mills are also an ideal choice for remedial clean up, fishing jobs and re-entry clean out.  All mills/reamers have fixed diameter blades dressed with large mesh carbide for maximum reaming ability.  Blade OD size from 5.5"-12.25"

Non magnetic drill collars are used for neutralizing magnetic inference while directional or horizontal drilling.  Our non magnetic collars are available in 4.75" OD XT39, 4.75" OD 3.5IF, 5.25" OD 4FH, 6.25" OD 4.5XH, 6.5" OD 4.5IF and 8" OD 6 5/8 Reg.  Available in full 31' length or shorter pony collars.  All collars are hard banded 

Our HOG reamer features PDC diamond cutters strategically placed to offer maximum reaming with minimal torque and drag.  This tool was designed with some of the top bit design engineers. Available in concentric or eccentric design.  Eccentric reamer opens 1/8" over OD.
